Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our website and click on any items that you wish to buy, enter the quantity and add to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the cart icon and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Alternatively, you can place your order by phone or fax.

Shipping and Handling
We offer shipping on all our products and do our best to accommodate your shipping requirements. We typically offer multiple options for your locations.
- USA/Canada/Mexico orders are sent through FedEx or UPS. Various delivery times are available to you when you order.
- If you wish to ship on your own account with DHL, FedEx or UPS, please contact us at ussales@dataman.com. We will require your account number and preferred courier service to arrange this. Alternatively, specify your account number and courier service during the online order process.
Delivery Schedule
Orders placed in the USA by 14:00 (EST) are normally shipped the same day. We typically send orders FedEx 2Day unless otherwise specified.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be notified with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Special Orders
Some items are built to order or are special ordered and must be prepaid in full before we can process the order. You will be notified if your order has any special order items.
Tax Charges
For orders shipping to the USA, sales tax is charged for the state of Florida only. Orders shipping to Canada and Mexico are sent on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis and liable for import customs clearance charges and local taxes/duties. For more information on these charges, please contact your customs office or local tax authority.
